Welcome to the U18 Guide for Airsoft Days!

At Airsoft Days, U18 players are very welcome, but participation is only permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that our young participants are properly supervised. This U18 Guide contains all the important information you need to prepare for Airsoft Days and make the most of your experience. Let's spend an unforgettable time together at Airsoft Days, experience new adventures and share our passion for Airsoft. We look forward to welcoming you to this unique event!

Terms and Conditions for U18 Players

The Airsoft Days are the only Airsoft Heroes event that allows participation under the age of 18. However, the following conditions must be met:

  • You need a ticket - You can get it here in the online shop
  • On the day of the event, you must be at least 14 years old
  • If you are under 18 years old, you may only participate accompanied by a legal guardian (e.g., parent)
  • Alternatively, your parents can appoint a legal guardian. This person must be of legal age (for this, the parental consent form is required)
  • Your parents and the guardian must sign the necessary form (parental consent form)
  • The corresponding supervisor must be present at the event for the entire duration
  • You need a valid ID and must be able to present it at the event registration

2. Sign

Your parents, as well as the legal guardian, must sign! Remember the ID copies!

3. What to Bring

Please bring the completed form and copies of your ID to the event and present them at registration.

What do I need to know as a legal guardian?

First of all, you can be proud that the parents of other children and teenagers you are supposed to look after have so much trust in you. However, you should be aware that you bear responsibility for the teenagers.

  • Look after the minor!
  • You must be able to assert yourself and, if necessary, show the minor you are looking after their limits
  • Ensure that the U18 player behaves according to the rules

Airsoft guns

At the Airsoft Days, it is important to note that all participants may only use airsoft guns with an energy of less than 0.5 joules. We attach great importance to the safety of our young participants and want to ensure that all weapons comply with the applicable regulations. Please plan in advance and make sure you have suitable weapons that meet the requirements. We do not offer rental weapons on site, so we recommend you bring your own.

Ammunition / BBs

The ticket price for Airsoft Days includes a bag of ammunition. During the ticket purchase, you can select the desired weight of the BBs. Along with your entry ticket, you will receive an ammunition voucher, which you can exchange on-site for a bag of ammunition. In case you need additional ammunition, it will be available for purchase at the Airsoft Helden Shop on-site. Enjoy the Airsoft event and be ready for action-packed battles with plenty of ammunition for an unforgettable gaming experience!
