- Faction Briefing: 10:15 - 10:30
- Deployment to HQs: 10:30 - 11:00
- Gametime: 11:00 - 17:00
- End of Game & Return: 17:00

FRIDAY
- Arrival & Registration: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Catering: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
SATURDAY
- Arrival & Registration 8:00 - 10:00 am
- Chronograph: 8:00 - 10:00 AM

- Briefing of the parliamentary groups: 10:15 - 10:30 a.m.
