Where do I park my car?

Parking spaces for your vehicle will be assigned to you on site by our ushering staff.Please note that no vehicles are allowed to be parked in the free camping area.If you have booked a pitch, you can park your vehicle there according to the regulations.Caravans, trailer tents, motorhomes and vehicles with superstructures/attachments for overnight stays and temporary accommodation, e.g. roof and side tents, can only be parked in fee-based caravan and camping pitches. Overnight stays in vehicles in the car park are prohibited!

What happens if I can't find my tickets?

If you have problems with your tickets, please contact us as early as possible before the event via the <a href="https://support.airsofthelden.com/events/dark-emergency-support/" title="https://support.airsofthelden.com/events/dark-emergency-support/">support form</a>. We do not send print tickets, but exclusively e-tickets with a QR code. You can also save your ticket digitally on your smartphone or load it into your wallet, for example. If you still can't find your ticket on site, just talk to us – we will find a solution together.

Where can I find the waiver form?

You can download the waiver <a href="/en/pages/dark-emergency-dowloads" title="Dark Emergency Dowloads">HERE</a> in German and English. Sufficient pre-printed waivers will be available at the registration desk on site.

YOUR ARRIVAL AT DARK EMERGENCY

To ensure your start at Dark Emergency goes as smoothly as possible, we have compiled all important information regarding your arrival on this page. From the correct navigation address to the way to registration and the on-site check-in process, you will learn step-by-step what to expect upon your arrival.

1. ARRIVAL

Please use only the navigation address provided by us for your arrival. This will ensure that you arrive directly at the correct site entrance and avoid unnecessary detours.

To ensure you can start the game relaxed and on time, we recommend arriving early.
Access roads in the immediate vicinity of the site are appropriately signposted.

2. ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE

Once you arrive at the event grounds, please follow the signposted route to registration. The route will be clearly marked on-site, so you can easily find your way. Please drive slowly on the grounds and pay attention to other participants and event staff.

3. REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN

Your official check-in for Dark Emergency takes place at registration. Please have all necessary documents and tickets ready so that the process on-site runs as quickly and smoothly as possible. Different arrival times apply depending on the ticket type. Platinum Club guests also benefit from a separate check-in.

Early Access and Platinum Club can arrive as early as Wednesday
Regular arrival for all other participants starts on Thursday
Platinum Club guests use the signposted Fast Lane Check-In
Please have €5 waste fee, ID, waiver, and e-tickets ready

4. FURTHER ONTO THE PREMISES

After a successful check-in, you will proceed to the event grounds. Depending on your booking, various camping and pitch areas are available to you. Our team will be on site to assist you with any orientation questions. Special access, such as for Platinum Club guests, and the redemption of your ammunition QR codes should also be noted.

Guests with a Platinum Club Lodge may drive one car per lodge to the VIP car park

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Early Access and Platinum Club players can arrive as early as Wednesday of the event.

For all other participants, regular arrival begins on Thursday.

A later arrival is also possible. The gate is continuously staffed, so you can access the premises at any time.

If you arrive outside of regular registration hours, your registration will take place the following day at the registration desk or, from Friday onwards, at the Airsoft Helden Container at the Tradeshow.
