VEHICLE APPLICATION & RELEASE

You want to participate in Dark Emergency with your in-game vehicle? Then you've come to the right place. To integrate vehicles into the game, an application is required beforehand. This ensures that all vehicles meet the event's requirements and can be meaningfully incorporated into the scenario.

Please note: The application alone is no guarantee of participation. Each vehicle will be individually approved by our team after review. Only after this approval can your vehicle be officially used in Dark Emergency.

Regarding your application Vehicle Regulations

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING

Before you register your vehicle for the event, there are a few important points to consider. Make sure your vehicle meets the requirements and that you are aware of all regulations. Please read the following information carefully.

  • Only walking speed is permitted on the playing field!
  • The vehicle must be roadworthy!
  • Brakes and lighting must be functional.
  • If the design does not allow for rearward visibility, for safety reasons a co-driver must secure the rear, or a reversing camera must be on board.
  • Our vehicle hit system must be mountable. "Combat vehicles" are preferred over troop transporters.
  • The vehicle must not have any leaks (oil, petrol, coolant, etc.)
  • No sharp-edged parts protruding.
  • Vehicles are not to be deployed independently, but must follow the instructions of the game party leaders.
  • If the vehicle has a completely enclosed turret, vehicles that offer more "hit surface" will be preferred.
